8 Tips Why Belly Dancing is Great for your Health by “Dr. Gorjis”

Belly Dancing is an Ancient Art Form and Dance Practice beginning centuries and many moons ago. How I came into Belly Dancing is from my clients. I started doing makeup for Belly Dancers and began learning more about what they do. Soon thereafter, I began massaging in my Spa, a lot of Men Doctors that are surgeons; and were doing Belly Dancing to protect and support their spine from long hours of surgery. I began to ask the question, why am I not doing this? I’m a massage therapist and I use by body greatly. This will be a great way to strengthen and support my body in addition to Yoga.
