I would like to share with you one of my amazing super power juice drinks. Many of you have been asking me some simple tips to juicing. Here is a simple and quick juice. It’s great for when you need a boost in energy, feeling sluggish, it helps to heighten your immunity and simply tastes fabulous.

Ingredients:
3-4 Celery Stalks (helps to lower blood pressure)
1/4 Ginger (boosts immunity)
1/4 Lemon (for Zest)
1 Green or Fuji Apple (great fiber)
3-4 Carrots (helps detox the liver, good for digestion)
Handful of purple cabbage (for anti-cancer fighting properties)
Handful of any greens (shown here is spinach, phyto- nutrient)
Juicer, ( I use the original Jack La Lanne’s, or use a Bullet).

Optional:
1 tbsp of (Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acid), a good fat or Coconut oil
**Your Juice Drinks and Smoothies should always contain all three:
Fiber, Fat, & Protein in them to make them complete. Add to your super power drink a well-balanced salad.

Wash, chop and place all ingredients in a bowl then use your juicer.
Serve in your favorite glass with a twist of orange or lemon.
